7baji Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Responsibilities, and Platform Rules

By accessing or using the 7baji platform — including the website, any mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 7baji platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, registered account holders, and any person who interacts with any feature of the 7baji platform, whether or not a formal account has been created. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and maintain an active account on 7baji, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 7baji is strictly a 21+ platform with no exceptions.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing 7baji from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by 7baji or by any third-party responsible gaming organisation.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, business entity, or organisation when creating or operating your account.

7baji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the 7baji platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited.

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity documents, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a working mobile phone number registered in your name. You must update your account details promptly if any of this information changes.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• 7baji may require additional Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to account activity that triggers our fraud monitoring systems.
• Accounts registered using temporary email addresses, virtual phone numbers, or identity information belonging to another person will be suspended immediately upon discovery.
• 7baji reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

A registered 7baji account is personal to the individual who created it and may not be sold, transferred, gifted, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 7baji account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person, and you must not permit any other individual to access or use your account.

7baji strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This provides an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number every time you log in from an unrecognised device or location.

• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 7baji support immediately via the contact details provided on this platform.
• 7baji will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the account holder failed to maintain adequate credential security or failed to report a suspected breach promptly.
• All transactions processed while your account credentials are active are considered valid and binding, regardless of whether those transactions were authorised by you directly, unless you have reported a breach before those transactions occurred.
• Passwords must be kept private and should be changed regularly. Do not use the same password for your 7baji account and any other online service.

All financial transactions on 7baji are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7baji does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. Deposits made via third-party currency exchange services will be rejected and refunded, minus any applicable processing fees incurred by 7baji.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. Deposit processing times vary by method but are typically instant for mobile wallet transfers. 7baji does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the name on your 7baji account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing within 15 minutes during operational hours. Accounts pending KYC verification may experience extended processing times.

• 7baji reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once are subject to a processing review before withdrawal is permitted, to prevent money laundering via the platform.
• Any attempt to use the 7baji platform as a payment processing mechanism — depositing and withdrawing without genuine betting activity — will be treated as a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension.
• 7baji is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or mobile wallet provider.

7baji offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, validity periods, and game contribution rates. These specific terms supplement and take precedence over the general bonus provisions in this section.

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately. Real money is used first when placing bets; bonus funds are consumed afterwards.

• Attempting to claim multiple bonuses via multiple accounts, using related devices, shared IP addresses, or any other method constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination.

All bets placed on 7baji — whether on the cricket sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, or bingo — are subject to the specific rules of each product, which are accessible within each game or betting section. In addition, the following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 7baji does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where an obvious error has occurred on the part of 7baji.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or connectivity failure during a game or betting session, 7baji will resolve the outcome in a manner it considers fair, which may include voiding the affected round and returning the stake to the player's account.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, spot fixing, or any scheme to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event for betting gain.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without explicit prior written consent from 7baji.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the 7baji platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and will be reclaimed.
• Abusing the customer support service with threatening, abusive, or discriminatory language directed at 7baji staff.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the 7baji platform, infrastructure, or other users' accounts.

All content on the 7baji platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of 7baji or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 7baji platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 7baji content without prior written authorisation from 7baji.

7baji collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account on 7baji, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7baji implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet is guaranteed to be completely secure, and 7baji cannot warrant absolute security of information transmitted to the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7baji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or financial losses resulting from reliance on information published on the platform.

7baji's total aggregate liability to any account holder in connection with any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that account holder in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 7baji will notify registered account holders via the email address on file and will update the "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document. The revised Terms & Conditions will take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the 7baji platform after the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to any revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 7baji support.

7baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity directed at the platform or other players.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or payment processor.

On voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory identity verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7baji holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in the relevant jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents 7baji from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of law where it reasonably believes that such relief is necessary to prevent imminent harm to the platform, its intellectual property, or its users.
